The Continent

The Manasse Family

Based in Monaco, the Manasse family’s activities in corporate finance date from the 1970’s.  Their focus has been on basic industries, hotels and real estate mainly in Italy, France and Monaco.

North America

AGI has an extensive network of consultants across North America as a result of many long-term relationships with particular North American companies and a history of successful deals in this area.  AGI has recently established a Joint Venture with John Wellhausen and has opened an office in Chicago which is focused on opportunities in the global diagnostic imaging sector.  In addition, AGI collaborates with a Rockcliffe Capital, a corporate finance house based in Ottowa.  Another key consultant is Tom Buffett who founded Automated Security Holdings and who is an expert in all aspects of electronic security.
