The TeamRobert L Hamburger - Chairman and Chief Executive of AGI Corporate Finance Ltd. Bob has many years of experience in important M&A transactions in Europe and in the United States . Bob worked with Chase principally in Continental Europe and in the UK between 1971 and 1978, and then Goldman Sachs in London and New York between 1979 and 1988. During that time he was involved in many M&A deals including several transactions with a value in excess of £500 million. Bob then became Head of Corporate Finance for Smith Barney in Europe through which he had approximately 50 professionals working for him in the M&A and Corporate Finance Advisory areas. Bob is pleased and proud to be involved with the Prince's Trust in the United Kingdom and with the International Council for Capital Formation in Belgium . Bob also serves on the boards of several corporations and was on the Board of the Virginia Bio Technology Research Park in the United States for a number of years. He is on the board of the Graduate School of Notre Dame University from where he graduated with a PhD in 1970. Bob is Chairman and CEO of H&M Partners Limited, an international investment company, which he founded in 1991. In addition, Bob founded AGI in 1997 and has been instrumental in its development into a transatlantic corporate finance house. Peter Spira - Chairman of Advisory Board. Peter graduated from Kings College , Cambridge in 1953 with an Honours degree in Classics and Law. Peter is one of Europe's most respected bankers having served as Vice Chairman of three of the world's most prestigious investment banks: SG Warburgs, Goldman Sachs International Corporation and County Natwest. Peter has been on the boards of several leading European companies including Sotheby's and Société Générale de Surveillance. Peter is a registered representative of AGI and works with the firm on an "ad hoc" basis. Peter lives in London and is married with 6 children. Malcolm Ablett - Director of Property / Real Estate Interests. Between 1976 -1998 Malcolm worked at Hanson plc principally as the director responsible for property. During that period, Malcolm worked on every UK and many US acquisitions made by the Group and ran the property division for 15 years. In 1998, as part of its de-merger exercise, Hanson disposed of its surplus property assets to the O+H Group to which Malcolm subsequently became CEO. Over the following 5 years, the company's asset base increased tenfold to £1bn. In 2003, Malcolm joined AGI to develop property related transactions and opportunities. John Wellhausen - Consultant (US). John has been the Vice President of Finance for American Neuroscience Investments, LLC since May, 2007. Also effective May, 2007, John joined AGI Corporate Finance Limited (London), as a United States health care consultant. He served as CEO of United Medical Imaging, LLC, a privately held outpatient imaging company, from 2003 until early 2007. From 1983 to 2003, John served in a variety of financial capacities with the Marmon Group of Companies, spending his last eight years as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MarCap Corporation. MarCap Corporation was a medical equipment lessor and investment company. Since 2003, John has also acted as an independent investor in specific capital intensive medical situations. In August 2006, John joined the board of directors with RELM Wireless Corporation and currently serves as the Audit Committee Chairman. He received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago in 1993. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and a registered CPA in the state of Illinois. John is also an investor and business manager for a number of medical ventures. Evan Dockser - Consultant (US). Evan has been in the real estate and finance sector for his entire career, beginning his career in the family business. Most recently he has been a Principle of DreSam Advisor, LLC and Hotel B Investors where he has advised clients active in real estate development, acquisitions and management, with target asset classes including residential, hospitality and commercial in debt and equity. The firm has examined investment opportunities for clients in hospitality, residential and Low Income Tax Credits as well as sourced debt and equity. Evan has previously been MD of Wall Street Realty Capital, VP of Friedman Billings Ramsey (a NYSE Company) and VP Doral Division at MeriStar Hotels and Resort (a NYSE Company). He has been involved in raising over $600M+, from both public and private sources. Evan has specialised in the hospitality sector and has served as CIO for Legends Golf & Sands Resort, a company which owned and operated 9 signature designed golf courses and over 1,500 condo and town home rental units. While at Legends he completed a $50M+ recapitalization of the Company. Jeremy Phipps ACA - COO Europe. Jeremy graduated from Imperial College, London in 1985 and joined the London office of Touche Ross & Co. He was made an equity partner of the firm, which later became Deloitte LLP, in 1997. He had a broad range of international listed clients in the mining, shipping and manufacturing industries. Although responsible for the regulatory work he oversaw on these clients, he was actively involved in all aspects of their corporate transactions, including IPO's, financing, due diligence M&A and forensic arbitrations. In addition, he worked with a number of Private Equity firms advising on their acquisitions and disposals. Jeremy is married with one son and lives and works in London. Joseph Mandia - Consultant (US). Joe has over 20 years' executive management experience with the NESCO companies, a privately held diversified company with over US$1 billion in sales. From 1988-1997 Joe was Group VP with responsibility for NESCO's manufacturing companies. From 1989-1995 Joe, additionally, managed NESCO's real estate portfolio consisting of commerical properties, high rise apartment buildings and a hotel. During this period Joe also directed the acquisition and refinancing of several manufacturing companies and real estate properties. Prior to joining NESCO Joe held senior management positions in Ogden Corporation and the Ford Motor Corporation in strategic planning, business development and operations management. In February 2010 Joe joined AGI Corporate Finance Ltd as a consultant and a Director, Business Advisory Services. Joe has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Temple University and a Master's degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University. Jane Foster - Director. Co-director and founding partner Jane heads up all research and administrative activity for AGI. Julie Anderson - Head of Administration. Julie joined AGI as Head of Administration in April 2004 following her return from a diplomatic posting in New York. Previous posts include 7 years with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office before transferring to the City where she joined Goldman Sachs as PA to Bob in Investment Banking. Between accompanying her husband on diplomatic postings to Moscow, Geneva and New York, Julie has also worked for Bob as Deputy Head of Administration at Smith Barney as well as assisting Bob in the establishment of H&M Partners Limited in 1992.
